MethodsFromOct2010toAug2011,96drug-resistantstrainsofE.coliisolatedwere collectedfromthespecimensinQingdaoMunicipalHospital,China.Thesebacteriastrains weredividedintotheESBLs-producinggroupandtheNonESBLs-producinggroup.Drug sensitivitytestsweretakenbyKirby-Bauer (K-B)methods.Disinfectantgene,qacEΔ 1-sulland8virulencegenes,CNF2, hlyA, eaeA,VT1,est,bfpA,elt,andCNF1were testedbypolymerasechainreaction(PCR). ResultsAmong96E.coliisolates,theESBLs-producingE.coliwas46(47.9％)strains andtheNonESBLs-producingE.coliwas50(52.1％)strains.Thedetectionrateofmultiple drug-resistantstrain,qacEΔ l-sull,CNF2, hlyA, eaeA,VT1,est,bfpA,elt,andCNFl in46ESBLs-producingE.coliisolateswas89.1％,76.1％,6.5％,69.6％,69.6％,89.1％, 10.9％,26.1％,8.7％,and19.6％, respectively.IntheNonESBLs-producingE.colistrains thepositiverateofmultipledrug-resistantstrain,qacEΔl-sull,CNF2, hlyA, eaeA, VT1,est,bfpA,elt,andCNFlWas62.0％,80.0％,16.0％,28.0％,64.0％,38.0％,6.0％,34.0％, 10.0％,and24.0％,respectively.
