工程图学与虚拟设计实验室 工程制图开放实验一指导书 几何作图——产品创新设计绘图 编写：胡 琳 审稿：彭小波 2007年1月 实验一 几何作图——产品创新设计绘图 实验目的 Objective 学习基于几何作图的绘图方法及技巧，对含有多种曲线的产品进行创新设计作图，达到对学生工程设计能力和创新能力培养的目的。 By creative design of curvilinear products, student master methods and skills of geometric construction and improve their abilities of engineering design and innovation. 实验要求 Requirements 掌握绘图工具的运用。Be proficient in the use of drawing tools. 掌握绘图规范及国标要求。Understand drawing specifications and National Drawing Standards. 掌握圆弧连接的运用。Master methods of arc connections. 掌握绘图基本参数的设定。Know how to set drawing parameters. 实验内容Contents 自选题目设计并绘制具有曲线连接结构的任意一种产品的工程图样。 例如： （1）多功能曲线板。Finish the detail drawing of a French Curve. （2）开瓶起子。Finish the detail drawing of a bottle opener. （3）衣架。Finish the detail drawing of a clothes rack. （4）花瓶。Finish the detail drawing of a vase. （5）酒瓶。Finish the detail drawing of a wine bottle. 四． 实验指导 Instruction （1） 进行调研和分析： 了解产品的需求和现状，通过分析，确定设计对象和结构。Investigation and Analysis: know the requirement and current situation of the product, and decide the design object and its structure by analysis. （2） 进行创新设计，尽可能多想几个方案，对其进行比较和修改，最后选择一个最佳方案。 Carry out creative design and put forward design proposals as more as possible, then select a optimal one from them by comparison and modification. （3）按照国家标准和几何作图的要求将所设计的产品图样画在A3#图纸上。Finish the 3# detail drawing of the design according to the requirements of the national standards and geometrical construction.
