Radon transform is firstly applied in the three component planes of the given color mi age and then the scale invariance operation is mi plem ented in Radon transform coefficient m atrixes. One-dmi ensional w avelet transform w ith the frequency B-sp line wavelet is used in Radon transform coefficientm atrix. Them ean and variance are calcu lated in ridgelet coefficientm atrix, and the relationsh ip is extracted for all the frequency sub-bands under d ifferent color com ponent p lane using linear regression m odel. Finally rotation invariance operation is conducted for obtained features. Therefore, the proposed scale and rotation invariant features are acqu ired. The expermi ental resu lts using the three databases show that the proposedm ethod is reliable and efficient.
