Accreditation as a Clinical Vascular Scientist (AVS) is recommended for all individuals practising vascular ultrasound in the UK or Ireland and is aimed at the ADVANCED SCIENTIST with a minimum of three years full-time postgraduate experience (or part-time equivalent) in a range of key diagnostic vascular investigations.
