The time-frequency map by Hilbert-Huang transform plays a significant role in the analysis of singularities, which hide in the signal, and is an effective method for non-stationary signal. Hilbert-Huang Based on empirical mode decomposition(EMD), the Hilbert-Huang method can obtain a true instantaneous frequency representation of a signal. The Hilbert-Huang 0 time-frequency analysis was compared with common methods, e.g., Wigner-Ville distribution and wavelet transform, which displays the Hilbert-Huang time-frequency analysis has more true and distinct time-frequency distribution. The experiment data of typical vibration faults signal were analyzed by the method, and the result shows that the proposed method can not
