Key words cyclodextrin and its derivatives； pharmaceutic ；Advances of application 环糊精的进展环糊精及其衍生物; 药学; 应用进展 环糊精(CyD)是淀粉经酶解环合后得到的由6～12个葡萄糖分子连结而成的环状低聚糖化合物，通过α-1,4糖苷键相连接而成，见图1。 经X-射线衍射和核磁共振研究证明，CyD的立体结构是上宽下狭、两端开口环状中空圆筒形。分子的开口及外部
