常见金属盐防腐试验观察及其影响因素初探 姜 吉 良 吴 斌 罗 特 坚 （邵阳医学高等专科学校解剖学教研室，湖南 邵阳 422000） 摘要: 目的 观察八种常见金属盐的防腐效果，为防腐剂改良积累资料。方法 （1）将肝、脂肪、肌肉和脑组织块浸入所选取的各种金属盐溶液中，定时观察组织块腐败产生的溶液浑浊、腐败气味和组织液化情况。（2）用三氯化铁和硫酸铝溶液分别加入84消毒液和蛋白质交联剂配制成A、B两种混合防腐液，对肝、肌肉和脑组织块进行防腐固定试验并行切片检查。结果 氯化钠、氯化钾、氯化钙溶液中的组织块腐败出现最早，硫酸锰、硫酸镁和硫酸锌次之，三氯化铁和硫酸铝溶液中的组织块观察期内未发生明显腐败；经A、B两种混合防腐液浸泡固定的组织块防腐效果好，切片检查显示组织结构清晰，细胞结构完整。结论 金属盐的防腐效果与其金属离子的相对原子量、荷电量呈正相关；三氯化铁和硫酸铝可用作防腐剂主要成分。 关键词:金属盐；离子；浓度；蛋白质；防腐 中图分类号：O 614 文献标识码：A Primary study on the antiseptic effects and the influencing factors of some common metal-salt JIANG Ji-liang,WU Bin,LUO Te-jian (Department of Human Anatomy,Shaoyang Medical College, Shaoyang Hunan 422000) Abstract:【Objective】To test the antiseptic effects of eight kinds of common metal-salt for further reforming embalmment. 【Methods】(1) Pieces of liver, fatty tissue, skeletal muscle and brain were doused into the solutions of metal-salt chosen, respectively. The appearance ,which comed into being while the tissues went bad, of the solutions turbidity, bad odor and tissular liquefying were observed periodically .(2) Ferric chloride and aluminum sulfate were made into A and B mixed preservative solution respectively by mixing with 84 disinfectant solution and protein crosslinker.
