Highway Overloading Transportation Management and Economy

Abstract: Based on the principle of system engineering and the method of system dynamics, this paper divides
the ig highway overloading transportation system into three su systems, such as overloading transportation, over-
loading management and economy . Total consequence charts and main positive and negative feed acks of harmoni-
ous development etween overloading management su system and economy su system are constructed. Taking An-
hui province as the o ject, this paper sets up a model flow chart of the three su systems y using STELLA soft-
ware. It also presents related parameter instruction and does model simulation research. It accomplished policy
