茶多酚乳剂促进皮肤溃疡愈合的实验研究 隋丽华1 ，郭珉1，李传勋2 ，杨彤2* ，韩国柱2,李 楠3 大连市皮肤病医院药剂科，辽宁 大连，116021; 2. 大连医科大学药学院，辽宁 大连， 116044； * 通讯作者; 3.大连理工大学分析化学教研室, 辽宁 大连，116000） [摘要] 目的：观察茶多酚乳剂促进家兔皮肤溃疡愈合的作用。方法：将15只白色家兔均分为5组，每组3只家兔。第1组为基质组（阴性对照），第2组为重组人表皮细胞生长因子组（阳性对照），第3、第4和第5组分别为茶多酚乳剂1％、3％和6％浓度组（小、中、大剂量组）。以涂搽药物后不同时间的各组溃疡面积，溃疡容积和组织病理学检查为指标，观察茶多酚乳剂涂搽对溃疡愈合的影响。结果：涂搽茶多酚乳剂3天后，可使溃疡面积和容积缩小速度高于基质对照组。涂搽14天后，组织病理学检查显示6％的茶多酚乳剂组（大剂量组）表皮完全覆盖率和 ＞50%覆盖率高于基质对照组。结论：茶多酚乳剂涂搽皮肤溃疡面，可促进溃疡愈合。 [关键词] 茶多酚；乳剂；重组人表皮生长因子；皮肤溃疡；动物模型 Experimental Study of the Tea Polyphenol Cream Enhancing Healing of Skin Ulcer in Rabbit Shui Lihua1,Guo Min1, Li Chuanxun2, Yang Tong2*, Han Guozhu2, Li Nan3 (1 Department of pharmacy , Dalian Hospital of Dermatology, Liaoning Dalian, 116021; 2 College of pharmacy, Dalian Medical University, Liaoning Dalian,116044; 3 Department of Analytic-Chemical,Dalian University of Sciences, Liaoning Dalian, 116000.) [Abstract] Objective: To investigate the effects of tea polyphenol cream (TPC) enhancing healing of skin ulcers in rabbits. Methods: 15 albino rabbits were used in this study. Four skin ulcers with the same depth into hypoderma were incised on the back of each rabbits. 60 ulcer were divided into five groups: the first group were treated with cream base, the second group were treated with recombinant human epidermal growth factor(rhEGF), the third group, the fourth group and the fifth group were treated respectively with the TPC of small, moderate and large doses. The effect on ulcer healing was assessed by measurements of ulcer area, ulcer volume and histopathalogical changes of each group. Results: At the 3rd day after TPC smear, in the TPC-treated groups and rhEGF-treated group, ulcer area and ulcer volume were smaller significantly then in the cream base group.
