本科毕业论文 （20 届） 海上泄漏石油回收装置的设计 专业：机械设计制造及其自动化 摘要 随着海洋石油开采和船舶运输业的迅速发展，海上溢油事故频繁发生，海洋的石油污染已充分引起了公众的重视。石油作为全球性的污染物，正以大大超过其它污染物的量进入海洋。据统计，全球每年生产的32亿吨石油中，约有千分之一即 320万吨进入海洋环境。通常 1吨石油可在海上形成覆盖12平方公里范围的油膜，由此形成的大面积油膜将阻隔正常的海气交换过程，使气候异常,影响了生物链的循环，从而破坏了海洋生态平衡，而且也浪费了宝贵的石油资源。因此，防止石油污染应引起各有关方面的重视。 为了降低溢油对海洋生态环境的损害，并从回收资源的角度考虑，采用何种方案对海面上的溢油进行回收，是一个亟待解决的问题。此次毕业设计主要是海上泄漏石油回收的整体方案和部分装置的设计，参照了以往的石油常规回收和现代的技术，设计一种可以在海上回收泄漏石油的装置。选择一种平台来配合撇油器的使用，减少受风浪的影响，提高回收的效率。针对现有机械法在处理溢油时存在对薄油膜回收困难、效率低下的现状，使用溢油回收的油膜加厚技术。为了保持吸油且得到吸油效率和速率俱佳的回收装置系统，对现有的撇油器的吸油口进行改进，使其增加油水预分离功能，从而提高溢油回收的效率，可 以在海上完成回收泄漏石油及储存等功能，来增加石油泄漏的回收效率和减少经济损失。 [关键字]：石油泄漏；石油回收装置；围油栏；撇油器 Abstract With the swift development of oil exploitation in the ocean and shipping transportation ,accidents of oil spill on the sea surface occur frequently ,and marine oil pollution has caused public attention .As a global pollutant ,oil is coming in to the ocean far more than any other pollutant .According to statics ,the global annual oil production is about 32 million tons ,but about one thousandth of the oil production come into the marine environment .Usually ,1 tons of oil can cover on the sea in form 12 square miles of the scope of the oil .The resulting film will block a large area of normal air-sea exchange process ,make the climate abnormal ,and affect the food chain cycle ,then it can destruct the marine ecological balance and waste valuable oil resources .Therefore ,preventing oil pollution should cause the various aspects of the value . In order to reduce the damage of the oil spill to the marine environment ,recycle the resources ,it is a serious problem that what kind of programs can be used to recycle the oil on the sea .Thi
