We observed,compared,identified the dyeing results of cell size,shape,nucleus,and clear degree of cell outline under different staining condition. The optimal conditions for staining of Misgurnus anguillicaudatus and Paramisgurnus dabryanus‘s peripheral blood cells selected is A solution：40s,B solution：7min or 8min.
