铸造企业节能减排战略与研究.doc

摘 要 改革开放以来，我国社会经济发展取得了举世瞩目的巨大成就，但也付出了较大的资源环境代价，能源消耗过大与环境污染严重成为了制约我国经济发展的重要因素，节能减排已越来越受到我国政府和各企业的高度重视。 本文从实际情况出发，系统地分析和研究我国铸造企业节能减排的发展战略。首先，运用企业战略管理理论，对我国铸造企业的内外环境进行了深入分析，并找出了我国铸造企业节能减排发展所面临的机会和威胁，以及拥有的优势与劣势等战略要素，为制定发展战略奠定基础。其次，利用层次分析法，结合外部因素评价矩阵(EFE)、内部因素评价矩阵(IFE)的模型，对我国铸造企业节能减排的机会和威胁、优势和劣势进行了定量分析与评价，并用SWOT矩阵分析制定了我国铸造企业节能减排发展战略的备选方案。最后，利用定量战略计划矩阵模型(QPSM)对备选方案进行了评估,并制定了节能减排战略 ABSTRACT Ever since we adopted the reform and opening up policy, China has made remarkable achievements in terms of economic and social development, but has meanwhile paid great price in natural resources and environment. Excessive energy consumption and environmental pollution have seriously restricted Chinas economic development. Therefore, the Energy-saving emission reduction has played a increasingly great importance role in the government and the enterprises in China. According to the practical situation, the development strategies of the Energy-saving emission reduction of Casting Enterprises in China were analyzed and researched systematically. Firstly, by using strategic management theories, the inside and outside environment of Casting Enterprises in China were analyzed detailedly , developing opportunities and threats were found , as well as superiority and inferior positions, so as to establish development strategies. Secondly, through Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP), quantitative analysis of the Casting Enterprises’ opportunities and threats as well as superiority and inferior were prosecuted by using matrix models of Exterior Factors Estimate (EFE) and Interior Factors Estimate(IFE). Ten preparing development strategies of Casting Enterprises were also established by SWOT Matrix. Finally, the ten proposed development strategies were evaluated by making use of Quantitative Strategies Planning Matrix(QSPM), and established the development of the strategic objectives of the Energy-saving emission reduction and choose the strategic projects and put forward the realistic strateg
