The foreground of the software is carried out by Visual Basic 6.0. Using the SQL Server 2000 customer interface tool to create and manage the database. This interface of the system is generous, practical, with simple operational method, and it is also a software complete suiting the common property business management. It synthesizes the requirement and business mode of many property management company in designing precess. It realized the establishment of the information database of the district and collecting, statistics, gathering of different expenses. It can realize the management of house property, customer in a small area of inhabitancy. And increase the efficiency of the property management. This system can carry out as follows function: 1. system login :Include the customer logging, the modification password, increase the customer, withdraw the system. 2. Basic data :Include inhabitants data and the property data information management 3. Thing industry management :Include the thing industry equipments, the appearance data, charge the management, inhabitant the report fix the management, the equipments maintains the management etc.. 4.
