The Museum is designed by We Archetech Anynomous ( WAA ),an international design company based in the United Kingdom and China. YAM began construction in Autumn 2012 and will be open in 2014. 该馆是黄河艺汇的重点项目之一。黄河艺汇将是中国西部重要的艺术中心，其国际董事会成员包括来自美国、英国、丹麦、新加坡、印度尼西亚等国家的学者、艺术家、策展人等。 YAM is the core component of Yellow River Arts Centre, which will be the most important cultural facility of Western China with an international board consisting of scholars, artists, curators from across the globe including America, Britain, Denmark, Indonesia. 作为宁夏回族自治区最大的非盈利性美术馆，已拥有数百幅油画馆藏。它将承载起当地文化艺术交流、教育的重要功能，成为未来本区域“文化社区”的重要文化配套设施之一；并积极致力为推动西部艺术文化事业的繁荣与发展做出贡献。 Being the biggest not-for-profit museum in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, YAM has a collection of hundreds of oil paintings. YAM aims to actively contribute to the development of art and culture in Western China through facilitating cultural exchange and education programs. 岗位设置 Vacancies 岗位要求： Requirements: 部长及以上 Managers and above 1、大学本科以上学历，对当代艺术有系统的了解或研究；良好的英语听、说、读、写 能力，能胜任现场翻译工作；熟练使用各种办公软件； Degree in contemporary art Proficient in English and Chinese Languages Good at office software’s 2、2年以上展览工作经验，有服务于大型展览经验者优先考虑；有艺术机构、博物馆、美术馆从业验者优先； Minimum 2-year experience in producing art exhibitions.Experience in managing large-scale public exhibitions is preferred. Work experience in art institutions, museums and art galleries is preferred. 3、良好的外界活动沟通、组织、协调能力及解决问题的能力，良好的团队合作精神； Strong communication, organization & coordination skills.
