逆向物流库存控制研究 摘要 逆向物流属于一个新兴的研究领域。随着人类环保意识和可持续发展观的加强，逆向物流逐步引起各国的重视。当前，我国中央政府正大力倡导创建节约型社会，而实施以资源循环、资源回用为主要目的逆向物流对这一目标的实现有着举足轻重的作用。库存管理在逆向物流管理中是最为重要的部分。在以客户需求为导向的今天，退货、产品回流已经司空见惯。在制造企业，回流的产品规模较大，造成了严重的资源浪费。逆向物流的库存控制的理论研究在这些企业中有着重要的现实意义，故本文重点研究了逆向物流下的库存控制问题。 本文首先分析了逆向物流产生的背景和意义，库存控制在逆向物流中的重要性，我国的研究现状。进而论述了逆向物流的内涵、特征、分类、主要活动及运作模式等，介绍了库存控制的定义、基本要素、以及库存控制的对象和方法，简单说明了确定型和随机型两大库存控制的模型，重点阐述了逆向物流的库存控制概述、制约因素、衡量指标及逆向物流库存控制的分析。然后例举了沃尔玛与海格在逆向物流方面合作的案例，使之认识到库存控制在逆向物流中的重要作用。最后对本文做了总结。 关键词：逆向物流 库存控制 衡量指标Reverse logistics inventory control study Abstract Reverse logistics belong to a new field of study. With human environmental protection consciousness and the concept of sustainable development in the strengthening, reverse logistics gradually cause the attention of all countries. Currently, Chinas central government is strongly advocated creating economical society, and implemented a resource circulation, reuse resources for the main purpose of reverse logistics realize this goal has a pivotal role. Inventory management in reverse logistics management is the most important part. In customer demand oriented today, goods return, product backflow are common. In the manufacturing enterprise, the large scale backflow products, caused serious waste of resources. Reverse logistics inventory control in the study of the theory of the enterprise has the important practical significance, and so this article focuses on the reverse logistics of inventory control problem.
