中文摘要 中文摘要 本文以天宝五载七月六日敕为契机，围绕唐代流、贬相关问题为中心检讨唐 代历史。文章首先对流刑、流人和移乡人进行介绍。综合前人研究，对唐代流人 的流放地点、流放原因、发配管理、待遇和影响进行了解释。并从《唐律疏议》 条文的角度介绍了以往不被重视的“移乡人”，且以相关史料为基础，阐释了唐 代法条、敕令中流移人的官员（官荫）身份指向。 文章中对左降官是一种特别的贬官之说进行了辩驳，认为左降官就是贬官， 且指出了自唐代中后期始外贬官多员外官的这种状况。文章对贬官的任期、迁转 都作出了新的判断，认为贬官并不比其他官员迁转慢，而最关键的是“量移”是 否落到实处。并对贬官的俸禄进行了关注，认为贬官的俸禄自天宝以后，一直都 是依照职事官的品秩来发放的。 文章重点关注了贬官的量移问题，对量移的起始时间、具体执行、初始形态 分别进行了梳理，阐述了量移制度中，恩赦量移与考满、载满、丁忧服满量移的 情况，并对部分个案进行了分析，认为唐代的贬官初期并不是都“削阶封”的， 并以贬官的资散情况推断到唐后期散官制度不再遵循旧制了，并对台湾学者所做 量移表进行了补充。由于散官地位的下降，导致了贬官的“资”变得重要起来， 虽然“复资”仅仅是取得了参选的资格。 关键词：流移人 贬官 量移 资 I Abstract Abstract This paper started from the Royal Decree of Tianbao 5 years July 6. Regard Exile and Demoted Officials for center to review the history of the Tang Dynasty. First of all, Article introduced exile Penal, exile and “Yixiangren”. Comprehensive previous studies，Discussion five problem of the Tang Dynasty’s exile: exile location ,exile reasons , management, treatment and the impact on local. And from the perspective of legal provisions, introduction of the past were not taken seriously the “Yixiangren”. Based on relevant historical materials, this article point out that the Liuyiren’s identity trend of the Tang Dynasty’s Law, Royal Decree. Some researchers consider that Zuojiang Officials is an special demoted officials. This article holds that Zuojiang Officials is demoted officials. And Since the mid-Tang Dynasty, the majority of the demoted officials usually outside the normal officials System. About the demoted officials’ term limits and promotion, this article made a new judge that demoted officers’ promotion is not slow than other officials.
