水电工程建设物资调运系统研究和开发.pdf

摘 要 随着科技的发展与社会的进步，建筑工程规模不断扩大，复杂程度不断加深， 需要消耗的物资的种类和数量越来越多，物资供应管理中需要处理的信息量也不断 增多。工程建设所需物资能否按时、按质、按量、经济合理的保证供应，直接制约 着工程的进度、质量、投资三大控制的有效实施。因此通过开发合理有效的物资调 运系统，建立起科学的物资供应管理体系保障物资供应，对工程建设至关重要。 本文首先从整体上介绍了工程建设物资调运的内容及主要过程，然后主要从库 存控制和运输管理两方面对物资调运进行了阐述，介绍了库存控制的原理、各种策 略及基本的EOQ （经济订货批量）模型，归纳了影响运输作业及其合理化的主要因 素，总结了运输管理合理化的措施。在此基础上，分析了工程建设物资调运系统的 目标，建立了工程建设物资调运模型，并对模型进行了分析和优化，设计了物资调 运的具体实现方式和业务流程。 结合云南省澜沧江小湾水电站大坝浇筑工程的实际项目背景，分析了物资调运 系统的主要应用，归纳了物资调运系统的业务流程，建立小湾工程大坝浇筑期物资 调运系统的实体关系模型，开发了基于C/S+B/S 结构的小湾工程大坝浇筑期物资调 运系统。本文从系统功能、系统网络结构和系统特点等方面对调运系统进行介绍。 关键词：工程建设物资调运 库存控制 运输管理 调运模型 I Abstract With the development and advancement of the science technology and society, the scale of construction project is enlarging, and its complexity is deepening, which results in types and quantity of material consumed become more and more larger, and the amount of the information need to be processed in the material supplying management. It can directly influence the three controls of projects schedule, quality and investment put into effect whether the materials that needed for construction project supplied with enough quantity, high quality, economy and rationality in time. So its very important for project construction to establish a scientific material supplying management system to guarantee the material supplying from building a effective materials delivery system. This paper first introduced the project construction materials deliverys content and it’s main process from the holistic aspect.
