面向中小汽车零配件企业的PDM 系统研究与开发 摘 要 近年来伴随着中国汽车的“井喷式”增长，汽车零部件行业也实现了持续 快速的增长。然而总量的增长并没有改善中小零部件企业的生存环境，中小汽 车零配件企业总体上还处于一个较低的层次，企业自主开发能力较弱，企业规 模小、产品标准化、系列化、通用化程度较低，企业品牌经营意识也较差等原 因，企业的利润空间日益狭小，目前，汽车零配件制造行业已经遭遇微利时代。 本文以某汽车零配件企业的PDM项目为背景，对该企业的生产工艺特点、信 息化现状、工作流程及数据流进行了分析，针对该企业对产品数据管理的实际 需求，提出了利用PDM系统进行产品数据管理的方法，开发了一个适合该企业的 PDM系统，并对该系统的应用、操作以及管理方面的功能进行了介绍。保证投入 有限、需求不减的情况下，解决企业存在的信息孤岛问题，实现信息的快速和 准确的传递，达到提高企业研发管理水平和增强竞争能力的效果。 企业应用实践表明，本文所开发的PDM软件运行正常，达到了预期的效果。 本文的研究方法与成果为中小汽车零配件生产企业的信息化建设开拓了新的思 路，具有一定的借鉴意义和参考价值。 关键词：产品数据管理 (PDM) ；汽车零配件企业；信息孤岛；产品开发 Research and development of PDM system facing middle and small automobile spare part enterprise ABSTRACT In recent years followed the Chinese automobile “the blowout type” the growth, the automobile spare part profession is also realizing the fast continuous growth.
