摘 要 基于Gabor 滤波方法指纹识别系统研究 摘 要 随着信息化社会的到来，个人信息的安全性承受着巨大的挑战。在网络安全、银 行、公安、电子商务等诸多应用领域都对身份认证机制有着迫切需要，以指纹识别技 术为代表的生物特征识别技术以其独有的特点成为生物特征识别技术的研究热点之 一。 当前的指纹匹配方法主要有两种：基于细节点的指纹匹配和基于统计性信息的指 纹匹配。本文主要介绍基于Gabor 滤波方法的自动指纹识别系统，这是一种基于统计 性信息的特征匹配。全文分为三大部分：指纹图像的预处理，基于Gabor 滤波的特征 向量，特征匹配。 指纹图像识别依次经过求方向图、定位参考点、Gabor 滤波、统计性特征信息提 取、特征编码、特征匹配等几个过程。本文采用梯度方法将16×16 与8 ×8 模板相结 合的方法确定点方向图，根据点方向图，采用Poincare 索引定位参考点，并在以参考 点为圆心确定特征区域。滤波增强采用Gabor 滤波器，并在滤波后图像中去除分叉， 填充孔洞。本文依据8 方向Gabor 滤波提取640 维统计性特征信息，并经过编码后组 成指纹码（FingerCode ），略去了基于特征点提取的预处理过程中的二值化和细化过 程，减少了匹配时间。 本文作者在PⅢ的计算机上用 Visual C ＋＋实现了论文中提到的所有算法，实验 结果表明，本论文中的识别算法可以很好的处理平移和旋转方面的因素，识别率比较 高。 关键词：指纹识别；方向图；Gabor 滤波；指纹码；特征提取 - I - 摘 要 Research Of Fingerprint Recognition System By Gabor Filter ABSTRACT With the coming of the information society, there are larger and larger challenges to the information security. It has been urgent demand to the identity recognition in many fields such as net security, bank, e-commerce. Because of its particular characters, biological feature recognition technology which is taken by a deputation of fingerprint recognition has been one of the research hotspots. There are two main methods of fingerprint matching: based on minutia features and based on statistical features method. This paper mainly introduces auto fingerprint recognition system by Gabor filtering, it is a feature matching based on statistical features.
