淮北煤炭师范学院 论文分类号： 2008届学士学位论文 ? ? ? ? 网络经济下的企业竞合战略分析 ? ? ? ? ? ? 系别、专业 经济系 劳动与社会保障 研 究 方 向 战略管理 学 生 姓 名 孙 玉 学 号 200402424045 指导教师姓名 谢 湘 泉 指导教师职称 讲 师 ? ? ? ? 2008年 4 月 29 日 网络经济下的企业竞合战略分析 摘要 在不同的经济和社会环境下，企业要选择不同的竞争战略。当网络经济来临时，企业所处的经济环境已经发生巨大变化。企业之间的单纯竞争已被一种既竞争又合作的竞合状态取代了。本文首先简要介绍了传统经济条件下企业的三种基本战略，即成本领先战略、差异化战略和目标集聚战略，然后分析了网络经济的内涵和特点。在此基础上指出企业间实行竞合战略的原因在于减少重复和浪费、借助彼此的核心竞争力、更好的满足顾客的需求等。最后阐述了网络经济下企业竞合战略的内涵以及该战略在促进资源合理配置、减少交易成本、降低风险、更好的获取规模经济效益、增强核心竞争力、加快企业创新等方面对于企业发展、经济进步的贡献和作用。 关键词 企业战略；网络经济；竞合战略 Analysis on Enterprises Co-opetition Strategy in Network Economy Abstract In different economic and social environment, enterprises must choose different competitive strategies. When the network economy comes, enterprises’ economic environment has changed dramatically. The simple competition among enterprises has been replaced by the condition of enterprises’ cooperation and competition. Firstly this paper briefly introduces three basic strategies of the traditional economy, which are overall cost leadership strategy, differentiation strategy and focus strategy. Then, analyzes the content and characteristics of network economy. On this basis points out that the reasons for enterprises implementing co-opetition strategy are to reduce duplication and waste, use each others core competitiveness, better meet customer needs and so on. Finally explains the meaning of co-opetition strategies in network economy as well as this strategy’s contribution and role on the development of enterprises and economy, such as promoting rational distribution of resources, reducing transaction costs, reducing risks, better accessing to economies of scale, strengthening core competitiveness, speeding up enterprise innovation, and so on.
