Key technologies involved in system development w ere studied in particular. Then the universal three tier architecture based on w eb w as proposed. Re al time data collection and processing w ere realized by means of the Infoplus. 21 real database and Oracle relational database. The information integration of system and complicated diagram reporter used for production w ere devel oped using eXtensible Markup Language ( XML) and Office Web Component ( OWC) .
