Many young and high educated white-collars join the housewives gradually, and make higher demands on the account. With the rapid development of information technology and the spread of Internet applications, developing the e-commerce of network account has become the main way of keeping the family account. The development of computer technology, network technology and software technology provides a fine prospect for the construction of e-commerce. What’s more, it also drives the progress of society information technology. Online accounts system uses JSP technology, SQL Server database, JavaScript and JBuilder as its development tool to achieve online accounts system platform which bases on the network operation. The system has achieved the goal that it has the functions of accounting, reporting, analysis, personal agenda, personal settings and so on. This paper firstly introduced the development’s background and actual value significance in the online accounting system, and also decided the project’s development principle and technology according to the characteristics and the actual needs of accounting. Then it introduced the JSP technology , some details and theory Done of SQL database .It also expatiated on the detailed process of JSP’S specification in the filed of accounting system in the online database design, programming and on-line account. And finally it made a brief summary about the development of the online accounts system pl
