石河子市社区高血压、糖尿病防治政策知晓现状及影响因素分析 Analysis on awareness and multifactor of hypertension and diabetes prevention policy knowledge among people in Shihezi ZHOU Hao,GUO Shu-xia,LIU Jia-ming，et al.Department of Preventive Medicine，Medical College of Shihezhi University，Shihezi 832002，Xinjiang，ChinaAbstract: Objective To investigate the awareness of hypertension and diabetes prevention policy and its influencing factors among Community residents in Shihezi, Xinjiang province. Methods By the cluster sampling method , We selected 1,696 residents over 15 years as the object of study in Shihezi. Single factor χ2 test and non-conditional Logistic regression were used to analyze the affected factors. Results The total rate of hypertension, diabetes prevention policy was 37.6%, The cognitive rate is different among different populations. Multivariate logistic regression analysis found that the people that who is obese or hypertensive with diabetes or the domicile crowd whose prevention policy awareness is much higher. Conclusion The residents ’the awareness of hypertension and diabetes prevention policy was in poor condition, and the government should strengthen the publicity and education for the non - chronic disease populations and non-domicile populations,and improve the health education measures, such as: (1) Edit SMS or networking platform to expand the information ; ( 2 ) To strengthen the human resources , and improve the quality of the staff and service levels . Keywords : Hypertension、diabetes prevention policy；Awareness；Impact factors ；Health Education 2009年,中共中央国务院发布的《关于深化医药卫生体制改革的意见》中强调要积极促进居民基本公共卫生服务均等化的发展；社区高血压和糖尿病健康管理项目作为10大类41项国家基本公共卫生服务项目之一,可以降低高血压、糖尿病的患病率[1-2]；现阶段，高血压糖尿病健康管理工作已初见成效，但仍然存在一些制约其健康发展的问题，如：资金使用不理想、项目完成不达标、体系建设不健全、公众参与不积极等问题[3][16]。本文就石河子市公众的参与状况展开调查，以了解居民对高血压、糖尿病防治相关政策的知晓情况及其影响因素,为政府制定相关的健康教育措施提供依据。 1.对象与方法 1.1 调查对象和方法: 先采用典型抽样的方法,抽取石河子市40社区作为样本社区；再用整群随机抽样方法在本社区内随机选取了1696名15岁以上人群进行问卷调查。由经过统一培训的调查员2人一组入户面对面进行问卷调查,先讲明问卷调查的目的,征得其同意后由被调查者当时填写,当场收回；对自行填写
