二王庙论文：灾后文物重建问题研究 【中文摘要】”5.12”汶川大地震灾害造成了巨大的人员伤亡、居民财富受损、工业经济受到重创、农业发展停滞倒退、商贸流通受阻、基础设施和公共服务设施严重破坏等。在灾后重建中首先保证的是与灾区群众生产生活密切相关的,包括农村住房、城市住房、卫生、教育、广播、交通、天然气、供水、水利等。文化遗产抢救保护工作往往不会引起重视。作为灾后重建工作的重要组成部分,文化遗产抢救保护工作既是重建物质家园,也是重建精神家园。不仅是对灾区广大人民群众的物质支援,而且具有心灵慰籍和精神支持的重要意义。引出分析灾后文物重建的必要性及重要意义。本文以都江堰二王庙文物重建修护工作为例,结合文物保护管理理论,剖析二王庙文物灾后保护修护工作的得与失,并提出灾后文物保护的改进措施。文物灾后重建不能局限于建筑物的重建和文物旅游区设施的改善,而必须从灾后重建的恢复水平和文物保护实际出发,把握住文物重建中“人”的因素,使文物灾后保护重建获得内部动力和造血功能,从而确保并推动文物保护长远的发展。危机也是机遇,要把握好灾后文物重建的机遇,迎难而上,破旧立新,促进灾区文物旅游事业的快速发展。灾区文物行政部门和文博旅游单位都应认识到灾后文物重建时地处西部的灾区文物旅游发展的机遇,以震后重建为契机,推动文物保护管理及旅游产业的发展。 【英文摘要】”5.12” Wenchuan earthquake caused huge casualties and damage to household wealth, the industrial economy has been hit hard, stagnant agricultural development back, blocked the flow of commerce, infrastructure and public service facilities and other serious damage.
