毕 业 论 文 题 目 人民币升值对上海进出口贸易的 影响及对策 学　　院 专 业 年 级 学 号 姓 名 导 师 定稿日期： 2012年 5 月 20日 摘 要 对于人民币升值对外贸企业的影响的研究，不仅是当前国际经济研究的重要课题，也是中国更好发展进出口国际贸易所面临的且必须要解决的重大问题。研究人民币升值同上海进出口贸易之间的关系，可以从企业角度正确认识人民币汇率问题，当前面临人民币升值，对上海进出口贸易如何发展应给予合理正确的解答。本文探讨了在人民币升值的背景下，上海进出口贸易对其的应对策略，并得到以下结论：在人民币升值的背景下，汇率的变动对上海进出口贸易有正反两方面的影响，但是经过分析，本文认为利大于弊。上海进出口贸易应该积极面对人民币升值对企业的影响，抓住机遇，改变企业以往相对落后的运作模式，按照市场的要求，进行企业改革，迎接经济变革带来的挑战。 关键词：人民币升值，进出口贸易，企业 Abstract ???? For the study of the impact of RMB appreciation on foreign trade enterprises, not only of the important issues of the current international economic and China the better development of international import and export trade and the major issues that must be addressed.
