本 科 毕 业 设 计 (论 文) 四氯化碳塔再沸器设计 The Design of Carbon tetrachloride Tower Reboiler 学 院： 机械工程学院 专业班级： 过程装备与控制工程051 学生姓名： 万晓敏 学 号： 010512121 指导教师： 蒋 英（讲师） 2009 年 6 月  毕业设计（论文）中文摘要 四氯化碳塔再沸器设计 摘 要：塔再沸器是一种使用范围很广的化工设备，属于换热器的一种。 本设计主要内容是根据已知的管程、壳程的设计压力及设计温度、管壳程所进出物料、焊接系数，确定换热管材料、尺寸、管数、管程数以及壳体材料、内径及厚度、管板的厚度、折流板的形状、尺寸与数量、折流板的布置情况和确定换热器的结构尺寸。从而进行壳程圆筒的设计计算，上端管箱圆筒的设计计算，前端管箱封头的设计计算，下端管箱圆筒的设计计算，下端管箱封头的设计计算，管箱法兰的校核计算，管板的校核计算，对管法兰进行设计选用，接管选择，并进行支座的设计计算。 关键词： 塔再沸器；设计计算；校核计算 　 毕业设计（论文）外文摘要 The Design of Carbon tetrachloride Tower Reboiler Abstract: The tower reboiler is one kind of industry equipment .It is used widespread,which belongs to one kind of the heat interchanger . This design main content is through the known tube regulation, the shell regulation design pressure and the design temperature, the operating temperature, tube regulation and shell regulation to pass in and out thematerial, the welding coefficient, determined must use material, thus carries the examination computation of the shell regulation cylinder to determine the heat exchange material, size, control the number of tube and shell material number, diameter and thickness, the thickness of tube plate, the baffle shape, size and the number of baffle arrangement and to determine the structure of heat exchanger size. In order to carry out the design of cylindrical shell, the top of the cylinder tube box , the front-end tube box design head, the lower end of cylindrical tube box , the lower end of head tube box .The design calculationof box flange , the terms of the calibration tube plate.The flange on the tube design was chosen to take over the selection and design of support calculated.
