In this paper, on the basis of theoretical analysis combined with the function of the regional financial center, role, forming conditions, using SWOT analysis method, through the analysis of advantages and disadvantages of the construction of regional financial center in Suzhou, to explore the necessity, feasibility of the construction of regional financial center in Suzhou, finally puts forward some help to Suzhou constructing regional financial center development strategy. Research shows that in the construction of regional financial center, Suzhou in geographical location, economy, financial system, financial development prospects, has obvious advantages in the construction of infrastructure.
