民营的电子商务构建 摘要 随着世界经济一体化浪潮的到来，应用迎接经济一体化的挑战已成为中国企业的第一要务，以企业为主体的中国信息化的进程显示出了勃勃的生机With the arrival of world economic integration, applications of e-commerce to meet the challenges of economic integration has become the priority for Chinas private enterprises. With enterprises as the mainstay of Chinas information also shows that the process of the exuberant vitality. Introducing the concept of e-commerce in China is not a long time, but the momentum of development is encouraging. China has set off a wave of e-commerce. Since reform and opening up, the private economy has developed vigorously, plays more and more vital role in the national economy. Facing with the rapid development of internet economy and the ever-fierce market competition environment, many private enterprises face difficulties which grow strong even survive. And electronic commerce by its inexpensive transaction cost, the simplified trade flow, the surmounting space and time limit’s modes of business operation and the resulting profits, caused the numerous private enterprises to see the new road in the new round environment of competition to survive and to win. At present, Chinas private enterprises have entered the high-speed development period, but there are still some problems. Private enterprises should draw up a strategy to overcome the deficiencies, so that they can maximize the use of the advantages to far-reaching development. This paper analysis by current economic situation, the role of electronic commerce and in line with companies which has been building electronic commerce, the goal is to show that the construction of electronic commerce is the inevitable choice for development. Finally integrated elaborate the outlook for the construction of electronic commerce for the private enterprises.
