基于扎根理论本科教学质量现状探析——以华中科技大学为例.doc

华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文  摘  要  随着中国社会经济的持续高速发展，中国高等教育已步入了大众化阶段。在 高等教育规模急剧扩张的情况下，高等学校的教学质量、尤其是本科生的教学质 量问题引起了全社会的广泛关注。基于此背景，有必要对我国高校本科教学质量 现状进行调查和研究，为各界评价高校本科教学质量和有效进行教学改革提供尽 可能客观、深入和全面的第一手材料。 本研究试图对本科教育发展中的关键性问题——本科教学质量现状做一些分 析与研究，考虑到本科教学质量问题量大面广，而且在大多数国内高校中工科在 各学科中所占的比重最大，各类本科教学中所存在的质量问题，在工科本科教学 中都有集中的，有时甚至是相当突出的表现，且工科本科教学质量与社会需求的 关系更为直接而广泛。故本研究选取笔者就读的华中科技大学作为研究对象，在 前期课题组运用量化方式进行的“工科本科教学质量学生满意度调查”的基础之 上，根据问卷调查结果，对其中的“培养方式”和“教师”两个因素进行深入研 究。本研究运用质化方式，根据教师访谈提纲，对相关教师进行深度访谈，并对 访谈资料进行扎根编码分析，深入探讨了“学科大类平台”和“教学与科研的协 调关系”这两方面对华中科技大学工科本科教学质量产生的影响。 本研究得出两个结论：一是“学科大类平台”的创建有效的促进了工科本科 教学质量的提高；二是社会、高校和教师的综合因素导致了教学与科研的失衡。 最后，本文提出了相应的对策：1、提高实践教师地位，优化实践教师队伍；2、 促进科研与教学的协调发展。3、对教师的考核应统筹兼顾。 关键词： 大学教学 教学质量 工科 扎根理论 I 华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 Abstract With the fast development of social economy, China’s higher education had already come into the period of mass-access higher education. Under the condition of fact that higher education expanded rapidly, the quality of university teaching, especially the teaching quality of undergraduate education arouses attention from all over the society. Based on this background, it is necessary for us to investigate and research the current situation of undergraduate teaching quality. The research result could provide some first-hand data which are objective and comprehensive to all social circles thus they can use those data to evaluate the quality of university teaching and to carry out some effective teaching reforms. The researcher mainly tries to analyze the current situation of undergraduate teaching quality, which is the critical problem in the development of undergraduate  education.
