南京航空航天大学硕士学位论文  摘  要  作为技术综合性强、系统集成性强的特殊军工行业，航天产业不但关系着一国的国防安 全并对经济发展和社会进步具有广泛的带动作用，其重要性无需多言。但是当前国内外关于 欧洲航天产业的研究多是定性的研究，尚未系统、完整的研究欧洲航天产业组织发展变化及 其效率等问题。另一方面，作为传统研究产业组织的 SCP 范式分析法正随着新经济的崛起衍 生出种种不适应性，与此同时模块化理论则为我们提供了一种新的思考视角。 基于以上两点，本文选取模块化理论对欧洲航天产业进行产业组织分析，主要包括以下 几部分。首先是对模块化理论的学理路径分析，重点分析模块化理论与系统经济学、演化经 济学以及新制度经济学的理论渊源和异同；其次，讨论了模块化对产业组织的影响，包括产 业结构、企业行为以及市场效率，重点是分析市场绩效与模块化的关系，通过对已有模型约 束条件的改变得出模块化与市场绩效的正相关关系并着重进行了模块化组织模式下垄断结 构的高效率研究；最后，介绍了欧洲航天产业发展情况并将其和模块化理论结合具体进行了 欧洲航天产业模块化的可行性分析，在此基础上详细阐述了欧洲航天产业的模块化策略并以 欧洲航天产业组织作为实证分析来支持论文前面的理论论点。总之，本文依据哈佛学派传统 的 SCP 范式分析脉络，吸取模块化理论并以其为工具，对欧洲航天产业的市场结构、企业行 为以及市场绩效进行分析。 关键词：模块化，产业组织，航天产业，欧洲航天 i 基于模块化理论的欧洲航天产业组织研究 Abstract As a highly integrated technology and special military industry, aerospace industry is crucial to a countrys national security .Besides that,it is also very important for economic development and social progress. However, the current research on the European Space industry home and abroad is more qualitative research, not yet, a complete study of the European space industry development organization and its efficiency. On the other hand, as a traditional industrial research organization analysis paradigm SCP dose note apply to the New Times.
