多囊卵巢综合征治疗的循证医学评价 Evaluation of evidence-based medicine of polycystic ovary syndrome treatment 摘 要：目的 探讨多囊卵巢综合征治疗中二甲双胍和罗格列酮的循证医学评价。方法 运用循证医学的文献分析及医生访谈方法，对CNKI、EMbase图书馆临床对照试验资料库等数据库进行电子检索，将多囊卵巢综合征治疗中二甲双胍和罗格列酮的临床研究证据收集起来。结果 共检索到的二甲双胍和罗格列酮治疗多囊卵巢综合征的9篇随机对照试验文献，依据Jadad量表评分对其质量进行评定，分别为5分、5分 、5分、5分、5分、4分、4分、3分、3分；5篇为系统评价，2篇认为多囊卵巢综合征患者的排卵率及妊娠率能够在二甲双胍的作用下得到有效提升，1篇认为二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征的效果比罗格列酮好，1篇认为多囊卵巢综合征患者的生育功能能够在二甲双胍的作用下得到有效改善扔需要进一步明确。结论 现有相关医学研究表明多囊卵巢综合征治疗中二甲双胍临床效果良好，但涉及存在不足，仍然需要相关医学学者加大样本进行设计良好的进一步深入研究。 关键词：多囊卵巢综合征；循证医学；评价 Abstract: Objective To investigate the evaluation of metformin and rosiglitazone evidence-based medicine in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods The CNKI, EMbase library clinical trials database and other databases were electronicly retrieved by literature analysis and interviews with physicians evidence-based medicine, therapeutic metformin and rosiglitazone in clinical research evidence in polycystic ovary syndrome were collected. Results 9 randomized controlled trials of women with polycystic ovary syndrome treated by metformin and rosiglitazone were retrieved, their quality were assessed according to the Jadad scale score, 5 points, 5 points, 5 points, 5 points, 5 points, 4 points, 4 points, 3 points, 3 points; 5 were system evaluation, 2 showed that patients with polycystic ovary syndrome considered ovulation rate and pregnancy rate could be effectively improved under the effect of metformin, 1 showed that metformin the effect of the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome Biluoge rosiglitazone was better, 1 showed that the metformin needed to further clarify the role of throw.
