高层民用建筑电气消防设计中值得注意的几个问题 　　摘要：随着人们生活水平的提高，居民住宅的面积、结构型式都发生了很大的变化，而且随着人们审美水平和对居住环境要求的不断提高，家用电器的增多和用电量的增大，旧的敷设方式会越来越不适合安全、舒适、美观的要求，因此研究居民住宅电气设计与防火的重要性日益凸现。在高层民用建筑中，为了有效避免因为电气事故引起的火灾需要合理的进行电气防火设计，并且要保证建筑物内各种消防用电设备在万一发生火灾时，能够可靠运行并有效控制火势，保证人员和财产有充足的时间疏散。本文首先分析了导致高层民用建筑电气火灾的原因，然后剖析了高层建筑火灾的特点，并对其应遵循的规范做了说明，最后重点探讨了高层民用建筑电气消防设计中应注意的几个问题。 　　关键词：高层建筑；电气；消防；线路敷设；自动报警 　　Abstract: with the improvement of peoples living standard, residential area, the structure pattern are produced very big change, and as people aesthetic level and what living environment asks is ceaseless rise, household appliances and power consumption increased with the increase of the old laying mode will be more and more is not suitable for safe, comfortable, beautiful requirements, so the residential electrical design and the importance of fire prevention is becoming more and more obvious. In the high-rise civil buildings, in order to effectively avoid because electrical accident fire need reasonable for electrical fire design, and to ensure that all buildings fire electric equipment in one thousand, in case of a fire, reliable operation and can effectively control the fire, to ensure that personnel and property have plenty of time for evacuation. This paper first analyzes the causes high civil buildings electrical the cause of the fire, and then analyzes the characteristics of the high-rise building fire, and the standard should be followed the instructions, and finally discusses the high civil buildings in the design of electrical fire several problems which should be paid attention. 　　Keywords: high-rise buildings; Electrical; Fire; Line laying; Automatic alarm. 　　中图分类号：TU745.5 文献标识码：A 文章编号：2095-2104（2013） 　　导致高层民用建筑电气火灾的原因 　　 （一）电气线路引发火灾 　　1、高层建筑在布线时设计的用电量少，选择的电线截面较小，且经过长时间使用，电线绝缘层部分可能已老化破损，电气线路常常因漏电、短路、超负荷引起火灾。 　　2、敷设线路时留下太多接头，又没有经过技术处理，由于铝线表面极易氧化，当大电流通过时，所产生的热量引燃周围可燃物；或经过长时间使用，接头、接线端处松动、接触不良，接触处也容易产生高温进而导致火灾。 　　3、住宅设计的固定插座偏少，为了解决插座不够用的问题，过多长期使用插座板，而且乱接插座板易导致电气短路或异常高温进而产生火灾。 　　4、未分路设计，住宅内负荷未分流，在
