UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY OF CHINA 硕士学位论文 论文题目 黄山市农村金融市场研究 作者姓名 洪维 学科专业 工商管理（MBA) 导师姓名 方世建 学 号 S 完成时间 二0一二年八月 内 容 摘 要 推进社会主义新农村建设离不开强有力的金融支持和支撑,随着市场经济体制在我国的逐步发展和完善，金融在促进我国经济增长以及优化资源配置方面所起的作用将越来越大。 经过多年的改革和发展，目前黄山市农村信贷市场逐步完善，并初步形成了与黄山市农村经济发展相配套的农村信贷市场体系，但由于城乡差距大、农民收入低的问题依然存在，使得黄山市农村信贷市场仍存在不少问题，主要表现在农村机构种类少，服务品种单一， 本论文从农村金融信贷市场的定义、特点和功能、发展农村信贷市场的必要性、发展状况以及存在的问题等方面对我国农村信贷市场概况进行了简要介绍，借鉴了美国、印度两个国家在发展农村金融信贷市场上的经验，在此基础上运用经济学理论中的信息不对称理论、交易成本理论，简要分析了黄山市农村信贷市场面临的主要问题，最后对加快黄山市农村信贷市场发展提出了6点建议。 关键词：农村金融市场 问题 对策 ABSTRACT The powerful financial support is necessary for the progress in building new socialist countryside. With the gradual improvement of China’s socialist economy market system, finance is playing more and more important role in optimizing social resource distribution, improving economic growth. After years of reform and development, the rural finance market in Huang Shan City is improving gradually, and the supporting rural finance market system has been established accordingly for economy development in the rural area of Huang shan. Due to the significant difference in the urban-rural gap and the low income of peasants, there are still some issues in the Huang shan rural finance market, mainly due to the few financial organizations, less financial production, little creativity, unfavorable environment for rural finance, slow development in rural insurance market and poor monitoring in the rural area.
