MEASUR OBSERV Performance Indicators – NMS Database 2/4 Each of these measurement tables consists of numerous raw counters which can be identified by a counter name or a counter number. For example, inside table P_NBSC_TRAFFIC, there’s a counter name “SDCCH_SEIZ_ATT” with counter number “001000”. The first 3 digit of “001” refers to measurement type. In this case, it’s traffic measurement. The subsequent 3 digit of “000” refers to the “SDCCH_SEIZ_ATT” measurement. For example P_NBSC_TRAFFIC contains the measurement results of the traffic measurement of a Nokia BSC. Performance Indicators – NMS Database 4/4 Architecture of BSC measurement result tables This measurements contain one header table with 29 measurement result tables. This header table contains information that is common to all other tables. Results of each cell are stored in a separate row in the same table.
