毕业设计课题：笔记本电脑外壳零件压铸模设计及可行性模拟 摘要 分析了笔记本电脑外壳的压铸工艺及镁合金AZ91D的性能，通过对零件进行详尽的分析和查阅相关技术资料，设计了一套对笔记本外壳零件成型的压铸模具。本文从产品的结构和功能出发，介绍了各压铸工序的模具结构及工作过程，提出了模具设计及制造时应注意的事项。 通过对产品进行工艺分析，浇注系统对获得高质量的压铸件起着非常重要的作用。如果采用普通浇口，产生了紊流式填充，铸件中存在较多的气孔和冷隔缺陷，铸件质量较差。优化设计中采用连续的锥形双切向浇注系统和较大的浇口尺寸，使浇注面积增加，浇注速度略微降低。其结果充型过程均匀，最后填充区域位于易放置溢流槽的部位，且铸件气孔等缺陷少，铸件整体质量较高。在优化设计基础上完成了压铸模具各成型部件，包括动、定模套板，动、定模座板，支承板，垫块等及辅助机构的设计，并将模具各部分按实际生产的顺序进行装配，组合成一套完整的三维模具装配图。 关键词 笔记本电脑;镁合金;压铸模具；浇注系统 Title Laptops shell die-casting mold design Abstract: Analyzed the die-casting process of the laptops shell and performance of magnesium alloy AZ91D , and maked a detailed analysis of parts and consulted relevant technical information, i design a set of parts of the laptops shell molding die-casting mold. From the structure and function of products in this paper, introducing the process of die casting mould structure and the working process, and there are mold design and manufacturing issues should pay attention to. Through the analysis of the technology of products, gating system of access to high-quality die-casting plays an important role.. If the ordinary gate, resulting in a turbulence-type filling , the casting of the existence of more pores and cold-lap defects, poor quality of castings. Using the optimized design of continuous conicity tangential gating system and the larger size, make the runner gating area increased ,slightly lower casting speed. As a result, the process of filling evenly, finally filled areas is situated at a place easy to place overflow tank, and less casting defects such as porosity, the higher the overall quality of castings. Based on this optimized runner and gating system,the mould ingredients,including the moving mold cleading, fixed mold cleading,moving mold bed plate,fixed mold bed plate,bolster plate, cushion blocks and the complementary units,are designed.
