城市郊区湿地公园规划理论与方法研究-毕业论文.docVIP

摘  要  湿地是重要的国土资源和自然资源  而城市郊区湿地不仅为人类的生产  生活  提供多种资源 而且具有重要的生态服务与景观功能  但我国快速城市化进程给城  市郊区土地利用带来巨大压力 城市郊区湿地利用与开发缺乏系统指导 形势严峻  湿地公园是城市郊区湿地保护与合理利用的重要途径  它是以开发湿地的生态旅游  为重点 结合居民点的改造和产业结构调整  以保护郊区湿地  改善市民和当地居  民生活水平  促进城市郊区湿地的保护从无力被动的保护走向主动有效的保护  从  自然生态走向社会生态  　  本文运用环境承载力理论  生态恢复理论  景观生态学理论 游憩学理论  清  洁生产理论  社区理论对湿地公园的规划进行研究  并阐述了运用的调查法  人均  指标法 生态敏感度分析法的具体操作和运用方法  对保护分区规划  游人容量规  划  湿地生态恢复规划 旅游项目规划 居民点调控规划  植被景观规划等湿地公  园规划的重要内容进行详尽的论述  总结了城市郊区湿地公园的规划编制框架  　  本论文在研究过程中有以下创新  运用了清洁生产理论和社区理论作为城市郊  区湿地公园规划的指导 同时从系统学的角度提出湿地公园的规划应包括物质空间  与功能体系两个层面  功能体系并不是独立存在的  而是作为一种规划理念隐含在  物质规划的内容中  在湿地公园的保护分级规划中提出湿地生态恢复区的建立  并  针对湿地的不同受损情况确定不同的恢复计划  　  学科的发展是一个循序渐进的过程 本论文也只是沧海一粟，城市郊区湿地公园  的规划理论与方法在更多的拓展与深入后  将逐渐制定相应的规范化编制纲要  同  时确定更加详尽的指标体系  在规划实践中  城市决策者应从城郊湿地对城市重要  的生态服务功能的战略高度认识建立城市郊区湿地公园的重大意义  规划师应参与  湿地公园的面积和位置确定 　  　  关键词  湿地  城市郊区  湿地公园  城市化　  I Abstract Wetland in urban suburb is not only one of the most important nature resources, but also providing many kinds of resources to agriculture production, further more, it has many function of economy and landscape. Facing the huge pressure bought by the fast development of city, wetland in urban suburb has an important way to survive which is the model of Wetland Park to protect the wetland in urban suburb and promote the level of people there. Basing on the theories of environmental bearing capacity, ecological restoration, Landscape Ecology, recreation activity, cleaner production and community, and using the methods of survey and ecological sensitivity, this paper analyses the environmental protection planning, tourism capacity planning, wetland ecological restoration planning, tourist projects planning, renovation of dilapidated housing and vegetation landscape planning, and concludes the planning theory of urban suburb wetland park.
