论教师的人格魅力及其潜教育价值  中文摘要  中文摘要 在中国教育从应试型向素质型转化的过程中，对如何优化以专业知识和专业 技能为主的教师显性教育素养的研究得到了教育理论界和教育行政部门的较普遍 的注重，而对以教师无形的人格魅力为主的潜教育素养及其作为隐蔽课程构成要 素的潜教育价值的研究，则相对滞后。如果我们坚定信守下述教育理论，即教育 的终极目标就是最充分地发展新人以真善美为特征的人格力量，而如果我们同时 又完全赞同前苏联伟大教育家苏霍姆林斯基的下述判断：“只有人格才能够影响 到人格的发展和规定，只有性格才能养成性格。”那么，对教师人格魅力的研究， 理所当然地就是新世纪素质教育这个母题中的重要子题之一。 本文分为五个部分。第一部分，介绍了问题的提出和研究的价值与意义，对 已有的相关文献进行了梳理，并介绍了研究的思路与方法。第二部分，分别就人 格、教师人格、教师人格魅力的内涵、特点及结构予以阐述。第三部分，论述了 当代教师应当具备的人格魅力。第四部分，阐明教师人格魅力这门“隐蔽课程” 对学生成长和教师发展所具有的潜在教育价值。第五部分，从客观环境和自身修 养两方面论述教师人格魅力的提升问题。  关键词：教师  人格魅力  潜教育价值  作 者：方惠娟 指导教师：任苏民   苏霍姆林斯基．给教师的一百条建议[M]．天津：天津人民出版社，1981：159 I Abstract  On Teachers Personality Charm and the Potential Education Function  On Teachers Personality Charm and the Potential Education Function Abstract In china from the examination type to quality education， conversion process， to be optimized for professional knowledge and expertise of the dominant quality of education research by the education and education departments the more common focus， and a teacher of charisma in education， literacy and the hidden curriculum as a factor in the value of research， is relatively static.
