尸体肾移植术后HCMV病的防治 _医学论文 尸体肾移植术后HCMV病的防治 _医学论文 　　【摘要】　目的　探讨尸体肾移植术后人巨细胞病毒(HCMV)病的防治。　方法　应用HCMV-Ag试验诊断HCMV感染，对1 150例尸体肾移植进行回顾性分析。　结果　治疗组：1989年9月～1997年4月共1 050例, HCMV病45例,治愈30例,死亡15例；预防组：1997年5月～1998年5月共100例，活动性HCMV感染42例，由于进行了预防性治疗，无1例HCMV病发生和因HCMV感染而死亡。　结论　HCMV-Ag试验可以早期诊断活动性HCMV感染，指导HCMV病的有效治疗；对活动性HCMV感染积极进行预防性治疗，能显著减少HCMV病的发生。 　　【Abstract】　Objective　To study the efficacy of prophylactic therapy of HCMV disease for patients underwent cadaveric renal transplantation.　Methods　HCMV infection has been detected by means of antigenemia test in 1 150 patients underwent cadaveric renal transplantation and
