multifunctional shelf 工业设计三班 罗鹏My teacher of designal creative ways required us to make a design about the used material. The project require us to refit the unnecessary or discards goods, or to reproduce a new product from it. Each group provide three used material and combined with other groups. Then each group take out two of them to do the work. I took out a used boiles. My design must to refit it or reproduce a new article. 关于热得快About boiles From the start, I meant to refit it into a hanger and cut out a gap from the iron hoop to be a pothoop. The wire should wrap up by PVC ,like a mode of hanger. Then when discuss with the teacher , I know that I should pay more attention to the spiral iron hoop, not the wire. So the design was passed. I take the teachers advice, pu focus on the iron hoop. So I thought that If I pull out the iron hoop, and put books on the middle, then a book folder was done. So at last, I decided to make it a sprial with a lot of circle and can be fixed on the wall. There is the sketch. However, it wont steady if just put the books between the circle. So, there need a crossarm behind it. From this, we can not only put books in it, but also umbrella and hang on clothes. Veru functional. I made this design sketch mode according to this thought. Because of lacking of condition to make it, so I have to find a facility in the Internet to manufacture it for us. This is a real product photo. The final size is, stainless steal 304, pipe diameter 8mm, thickness 1.0mm, plate pipe diameter 100mm, 6 lap, sprial length 300mm. According to its function, we give it a name-multifunctional shelf. You can put books, magzines and umbrella in it, and hang on clothes. It could be a family product, and most suitalbe to install it on the wall near the door. There is some functional demenstations of it.
