摘  要  物流在我国作为一个新兴的行业，虽然在国内也进行了不少的研究，但是对技 术方面的策略缺乏专门的研究。特别是中西部地区，由于经济相对落后，大多模仿 照搬先进地区的办法。事实上，我国中西部地区物流企业根据地域特点和货物种类 的特点对技术的需求和发展有着自身的要求，因此针对中西部区域特点的技术应用 和创新是必须的。 本文的主要内容包括：（1）技术的社会属性和中西部物流业技术发展的现状和 问题。（2）国内外发达地区物流业技术策略特别注重多样性与专业性、系统性与可 持续性、智能性与人性化、绿色化与节能化。（3）中西部地区物流业技术策略根据 地域和企业自身情况优化系统和采用实用技术以适应中西部地区的行业特点，同时 加强物流信息化安全管理，实现新的发展模式，指引行业走向健康的跨越式发展道 路。（4）中西部物流业技术策略的有关政策建议。 本文创新之处在于：（1）建议制定相关的政策加强企业之间、政府管理部门之 间、政府与企业之间的信息交流与沟通。 2）中西部地区要建立自主创新机制。 3） 提出了中西部地区的技术策略要指引物流企业结合中西部地区特点发展实用技术。 （4）鼓励物流过程中加强系统优化及信息安全管理。 总之，希望通过本次研究能为中西部物流行业技术策略提供好的政策建议，便 于我国中西部地区物流行业更好的、健康的发展。 关键词：中西部 物流技术 策略 创新 I Abstract Logistics is an emerging industry in China, although there are many researches, but there is not a specific research about technology strategy, in particular in the central and western regions.
