大亚湾核电实施知识管理策略研究毕业论文.doc

摘  要  自 1987 年至今  大亚湾核电站积累了丰富的核电站工程建设与生产运营经验  国家为其提出的发展方针是  以核养核  滚动发展  要求在消化吸收国外技术的基  础上 进行自主化设计和创新 形成我国自己掌握的先进核电技术 当前  国家实行  规模化适度发展核电的战略目标 岭澳二期项目和阳江项目的立项批准 标志着大亚 湾核电迎来了蓬勃发展的黄金时期 基于企业的发展要求 如何实施知识管理 充分 利用已有的知识进行技术创新 保证建成电站的高效运行 新电站的高质量建设 都 是企业管理中必须面临的问题 企业知识管理水平 将在很大程度上决定大亚湾核电 是否能够不断提升企业的核心竞争力 所以对核电企业知识管理实施策略的研究是一 个非常有实践意义的课题 本文运用知识管理的理论和方法 利用 SWOT 分析方法 详细分析了企业内部与 知识管理有关的各方面存在的优势与不足 外部机遇与挑战 目前 核电企业实施知 识管理主要的不足即在于没有将系统的知识管理理念与企业发展战略结合起来 许多  具体实践中虽已涉及知识管理 但比较零散 不成体系 结合现有条件  得出企业实  施知识管理的主要策略为 将知识管理与企业发展战略相结合 拓展核电企业文化内 涵 建立学习型的组织文化 对现有信息管理组织体系进行适当改造 构筑新的知识 管理组织机构 充分利用已有的信息管理技术与设施构筑核电知识管理平台 规划各 独立的业务系统 形成企业统一的知识库 建立知识管理相应的激励机制和评估体系  关键词  核电企业  知识管理  竞争力  策略  I Abstract Since 1987, the Daya Bay Nuclear Power Station accumulated plenty of experience of engineering construction and operations. The development policy proposed by the country is “Sustaining continuous nuclear power development by reinvesting the returns on the operating nuclear power station ”. It’s demanded that design/creation self-reliance ,forming our own advanced nuclear power technology, based on digesting overseas technology. Currently, our country conduct an policy of energetic development of the nuclear power, with the approve of the proposed project of Ling Ao phase II and Yang Jiang, it indicates that the Daya Bay Nuclear Power meeting the blooming time of the enterprise. It’s the facing challenge for the enterprise of Daya Bay Nuclear Power on how to fully utilize the known knowledge to implement knowledge management, to maximize the utilization of knowledge resource to conduct technology innovation to ensure the high-efficiency operation of constructed station and high-quality establishment of the new nuclear power, based on this enterprise’s development demand.
