Methods: In the theory of traditional Chinese medicine under the guidance of the traditional Chinese medicine to ancient literature as a tool such as the Salvia miltiorrhiza and Other nine kind of TCM herbs that can promotion blood circulation and elimination extravasated blood finishing system，from their properties，effectiveness， as well as indications of clinical application of the Fourth. Results: Salvia miltiorrhiza and Other three kind of medicine ingredients in the general direction of the same circumstances and when there are repeated，such as Rhizome of Ligusticum wallichii decoction of the four drugs on the whole stable.
