PRE-OPENING OFFICE 筹建办公室 a) Introduction 简介 Depending upon type of hotel and location, hotel staffing commences as early as ten months prior to opening, in order to facilitate the start-up of hotel operations. Off-site offices will be required in order to house the pre-opening team consisting principally of Sales, Marketing, Human Resources and Executive Administration. These offices are required until the hotel is ready for occupancy (normally six months before soft opening).
