重庆北部区域电力需求预测研究-毕业论文.doc

 摘要 随着电力市场改革在我国的不断深入，电力行业的快速发展，我国市场经济体 制的逐步建立和市场整体功能的逐步发挥，经济社会发展与电力市场关系越来越紧 密。而电力的供需平衡是区域电力市场研究的核心问题之一，电力供给如果不能满 足经济发展和人民生活的要求，将严重地制约经济的发展，阻碍竞争、开放的区域 电力市场的构建。重庆北部区域（本文中重庆北部区域是指重庆市江北区和渝北区， 北部新区已包含在其中）作为重庆市经济发展的重要商业区和工业聚集区，其区域 电力市场的发展直接影响着北部区域经济社会发展和人民生活水平的提高。因此， 本文按照区情，在充分考虑能源、环境、经济、企业效益这四者动态关系的基础上， 对电力市场的需求趋势和需求结构进行准确地分析与把握。这对重庆北部地区电力 工业制定科学、合理的长远发展规划及区域宏观经济进行有效调控具有重要的现实 意义。 本文首先分析了重庆北部区域经济、社会发展现状及趋势，并在我国及重庆市 电力市场发展研究基础上，分析了重庆北部区域电力市场发展现状。其次，通过对 宏观经济政策和电力行业政策环境的研究，考察了相关政策对重庆北部区域电力发 展以及电力需求的影响。再次，运用区域经济、社会发展与区域电力市场的关联性 理论，深入探讨经济社会发展与电力市场的互动关系，并分析了区域经济和社会发 展对重庆北部区域电力市场需求趋势的影响，在此基础上，建立电力需求预测分析 模型，并结合重庆北部区域经济社会发展和电力市场发展趋势分析，预测出 1997 到 2010 年重庆北部区域电力需求变化。最后，研究重庆北部区域电力市场发展对区 域经济社会发展的拉动贡献和影响分析，并提出促进重庆北部区域电力市场发展的 相关政策建议。 关键词：重庆北部区域，电力市场，需求预测，回归分析 I ABSTRACT With the electric power market reform in China continued to deepen, the power industry’s rapid development, the gradually establishment of the market economic system and the overall function of the market, the relationship between the social-economic development and the electric power market is much closer. The electricity suply and demand balance is one of the core issues of the research on regional power market. If the electric power supply can not meet the economic development and people’s living requirements, the economic development will be severely restricted and the establishment of the open competitive regional electric power market will be hindered. Northern region of Chongqing, whose development of regional electric power market may directly affect the social-economic development and the improvement of people’s living standards.
