For exert the Fishery Cooperative Economy Organization function enough, Anhui fishery technology popularization system strengthen the Fishery special Cooperative Organization ability construction and strengthen direction , with a chance of Mechanism Innovation; establish the technology type of Fishery special Cooperative Organization; establish the close special Cooperative Organization by combines resource and unified management; establish the Fishery special Cooperative Organization which depend on the Fishery Technology Department with science connotation increasingly. According to the principle of “civilian-run、democratic leadership、 democratic benefits”, all kinds of Fishery Cooperative Economy Organization were supported, including more than 1000 Organizations and more than 26450 members in Anhui province. The 21170.6 hectare areas were operated directly; which radiated and brought along 115 thousands farmers, and the 92046 hectare. To accelerate the organization and the market-oriented of fishery industry enormously, increase the fishery economic benefits; upgrade the public service ability ,by contacting all the Fishery Cooperative Economy Organizations, striving for the support of all parties, the new mechanism and mode of the technology popularization system were constructed, also the Fishery technology popularization system with new mode and long effect,
