世界最新医学信息文摘 2014 年第 14 卷第 1 期 31 ·论著· 硬膜外分娩镇痛对产程进展及新生儿的影响 刘春梅 （山东省桓台县妇幼保健院，山东 淄博 256400） 摘要：目的 探讨硬膜外分娩镇痛对产程进展及新生儿的影响。方法 选择 2011 年 1 月至 2012 年 1 月在我院分娩的 100 例孕妇，其中的 50 例行分娩镇痛，另外 50 例作为对照未行分娩镇痛，其他方面两组孕妇临床资料相似，差异无统计 结果 学意义。观察两组的产程时间，并对新生儿进行 1 分钟及 5 分钟 apgar 评分及 1h 后的精神行为能力进行比较。 1. 分 娩镇痛组第一产程活跃期缩短，第二产程延长，差异有统计学意义。2. 分娩镇痛组较对照组新生儿娩出后 1 分钟及 5 分钟 apgar 评分及 1h 后的精神行为能力无明显异常，差异无统计学意义。结论 分娩镇痛可影响第二产程，对新生儿 预后无影响。 关键词：硬膜外分娩镇痛；产程进展；新生儿预后 中图分类号：R714 文献标识码：A doi ：10.3969/j.issn.1671-3141.2014.01.017 Impact of epidural analgesia on the progress of labor and newborn liu chun-mei ( shandong province Huantai county Maternal and child health hospital, shandong Zibo 256400) ， ABSTRACT:Objective to investigate the effect of epidural analgesia on the progress of labor and the newborn.
