Also, it proposes the author’s personal views on the appraisal of university students innovation ability. Furthermore, this article proposes a new explanation to innovation, and demonstrates a thorough research conducted on the relations between innovation behaviors and correlated factors, basing on which a valuable mathematical formula has been deduced. After a careful study of the present innovation situation of university students, the author points out the ultimate reasons why the current innovation state is not ideal, and suggests ten preconditions for future successes.
