摘 要 对于任何一个软件企业来说，开发出满足用户需求的高质量软件产品是其应当 追求的目标，而实现这一目标的关键是建立起一个稳定、可控的软件过程。而要进 行软件开发过程改进就需要有明确的、量化的对现状的分析和对未来的预期，这些 数据来源于对软件过程的度量，而进行有效度量的前提和基础之一就是量化的软件 配置管理。 虽然对软件配置管理在提高软件质量和软件开发过程的可靠性中的重要性的认 识已越来越明确，然而在多数实际项目中，软件配置管理仍然存在着下列缺陷：首 先，把一个软件配置管理的方案运用到不同项目，这忽略了不同的软件项目有不同 的需求和复杂程度的事实，对一个项目适合的软件配置管理过程和工具，可能对另 一个项目就不适用了；其次，对软件配置管理能提高项目的质量和效率的认识往往 来源于在项目结束后所看到的效果，但就软件配置管理本身进行量化管理，进而分 析软件配置管理的优越性的研究尚未开始。 可以采用“定义、测量、分析、改进”四个阶段量化管理方法研究量化的软件 配置管理。首先定义软件配置管理过程中的度量点，然后把设计好的量化软件配置 管理运用到一个实际的项目中，收集实施后的数据，分析过程进度、工作量的计划 内容和实际内容之间的偏差。总结量化软件配置管理给软件开发过程带来的好处， 对于不足的地方加以改进。 关键词：软件配置管理; 软件开发过程; 量化管理 I Abstract For any software enterprise, it should pursue the goal that developing the high grade software product with which the consumers satisfy. Moreover, that the key to achieve it is establishing a steady and controllable software developing process. However, analyzing the present situation and anticipating the future has to be specific and quantitive so as to improve this process. These data will originate from survey of the process, while precondition and foundation of carrying on the effective measure is the quantification software configuration management. Although it is more and more definite recognize the significance of software configuration management during the process that improving the quality and reliability of software project. In the practical project software configuration management still has flaws existed as follow: Firstly, utilizing a software configuration management plan in the different projects, it neglects the fact that the projects have the different demand and complexity.
