Methods 　Fort y cases of advanced colorect al cancer were divided into two group s , 20 cases in group A were given int ravenou sly raltit rexed 15 min drip wit h 3 mg/ m2 on day 1 , oxalip latinl 3hour drip wit h 130 mg/ m2 on day 1. The regimen wa s rep eat ed ev ery 3 week s wa s a cycle . 20 ca ses in group B were given o xaliplatinl 130 mg/ m2 over 3 hour s infu sion on day 1 , leucovorin 200 mg/ m2 infu sion over 2 hour s f rom day 1 to day 5 and 5fluorouracil 400 mg/ m2 for 46hour s a s t he same way . The regimen wa s rep eat ed every 3 week s wa s a cycle . Evaluat ed t he dat a i s f rom t he 2 group s. Results 　19 and 18 p atient s resp ectively in group s A and B could be evaluat ed , RR were 36 . 8 % and 22 . 2 % ,Median T TP were 7 . 8 and 5 . 0 mout h s resp ectively ( P 0 . 05) . Conclusion 　 The clinical efficacy of raltit rexed p lu s o xaliplatinl i s bett er t han 5fluorouracil and leucovorin p lu s oxali p latinl .
