I n order to demonstrate the validity of the determined scale value, w e do harmonic analysis using the data recorded w ith the ET 20 gravimeter and calibrated w ith t he det ermined scale val- ue. A fter that , compar ison is done w ith the result calculated w ith the same period data of the C0 32 superconducting g ravimeter . T he numerical result show s that comparatively high pr ecision tidal parameters can be achieved w ith the ET 20 gr av imeter, and the diff erence betw een the amplitude f actors cor rected by the ocean tide and the theoretical v alues is of the same deg ree compar ing w ith those of the C0 32 superconducting gr av imeter.
